Job Duties:

1. Responsible for data management, including data unification from multiple sources, data policy setting to assure data accuracy and quality, and data visualization on the  dashboard;
2. Responsible for analyzing the business operation status of business units, coordinating in-depth analysis of business issues within these units, and assisting them in providing improvement measures.
3. Responsible for guiding frontline units in setting operational targets, monitoring the monthly progress of key operational tasks, and providing professional support;
4. Responsible for developing management methods related to the company’s revenue catalog by the requirements of the group headquarters, and providing guidance and training to the business departments on the application process.

Requirements for the Position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Economics, Data Science, or a related field;
2. Over 5 years of work experience in the operation and management of enterprise markets in the telecommunication industry;
3. Proficient in data analysis software; candidates with experience in using VBA, Power BI, or Tableau 4. is preferred;
4. Strong data analysis and material writing skills; proficiency in tools such as think-cell and iSlide is preferred;
5. High level of responsibility and stress resilience, capable of handling intensive work during specific periods;
6. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
