Job Description

1)Develop and optimize the company's procurement compliance management system, Ensure procurement activities comply with the company's procurement policies and relevant regulations. 
2)Monitor and review the compliance of procurement requests, supplier selection, contract signing, and other processes.
3)Regularly evaluate suppliers and publish supplier evaluation report,.
4)Take the lead in formulating a compliance risk list of material procurement, formulate preventive measures and control indicators.
5)Regularly organize activity to participate in relevant law and policy training to enhance compliance awareness.
6)Participate in the compliance assessment of major procurement projects and provide risk prevention recommendations.
7)Regularly report to management members on the implementation of procurement compliance management work and 

existing issues.

Job Requirements

1)Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering;
2)Compliance Awareness and Legal Knowledge. Deeply understand the laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to procurement.
3) Compliance related work experience is preferred.
4)Skilled in data analysis, can use data monitoring to discover and prevent compliance issues.
5)Good relationship management skills with internal and external parties stakeholder.
6)Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;
7)Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
