Responsibilities

  • Handle fullspectrum of HR duties, including payrol preparaion, performance management,recruitment,benets administration, training management and perform daily HR routine duties for Oversea reqions
  • Coordinate with overseas agencies to execute monthy navrol nrocessing
  • Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies .
  • Manage HRlS lmplementation and aintenance
  • Support the implementation of relevant HR duties in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as reguired.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years 'relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry/ sizeable companies.
  • Good command of spoken & written Russian, Enalish and Mandarin.
  • Wilingness to learn and self-motivation will be highly recognized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skils are required.
  • Proficient in S Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • lmmediate available is preferred.
