Handle fullspectrum of HR duties, including payrol preparaion, performance management,recruitment,benets administration, training management and perform daily HR routine duties for Oversea reqions
Coordinate with overseas agencies to execute monthy navrol nrocessing
Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies .
Manage HRlS lmplementation and aintenance
Support the implementation of relevant HR duties in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as reguired.
Requirements
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
2-3 years 'relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry/ sizeable companies.
Good command of spoken & written Russian, Enalish and Mandarin.
Wilingness to learn and self-motivation will be highly recognized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skils are required.
