Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice, analyze and support to all internal departments and overseas offices on multi-national jurisdictions;
• Supervise corporate compliance in different jurisdictions with internal policies and external licensing and regulatory requirements;
• Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies;
• Follow up disputed cases (Litigation, Arbitration and outstanding payment), Trademark management;
• Draft and review a full range of commercial and legal documents.

Requirements:

• Law degree holder from a recognized university;
• Qualified lawyer admitted to Hong Kong/China Mainland bar or in any other jurisdiction;
• An in-house legal counsel with experience gained from the telecommunications industry as well as experience and knowledge in best practices related to legal and compliance matter;
• Excellent negotiation, written and oral communications skills with different people including senior management;
• Good command of written and spoken English(at least IELTS 6.5,TOEFL 90 or other Equivalent English Qualifications), Cantonese and Mandarin.
