Job Duties:

1. Participate in or be responsible for digital transformation planning work.
2. Participate in or be responsible for digital Capex project management.
3. Responsible for IT Support for European Region.technical solutions scheme formulation, daily system
4. Responsible for BSP system construction, responsible for requirement support and formulating technical solutions scheme formulation, daily system operation and maintenance, proposing optimization plans and upgrade suggestions.
5. Responsible for Rent Source system, responsible for requirement support and formulating technical solutions scheme formulation, daily system operation and maintenance, proposing optimization plans and upgrade suggestions.
6. Responsible for ICT system construction, responsible for requirement support and formulating technical solutions scheme formulation, daily system operation and maintenance, proposing optimization plans and upgrade suggestions.
7. Complete other temporary and important tasks and tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications required:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, communication, electronic engineering or related majors, with solid basic professional knowledge.
2. Have 3-5 years or more experience in digital project management and implementation, familiar with various workflows and standards of digital projects
3. Familiar with software development, testing, and deployment processes, proficient in databases, Linux operating systems, virtual machines, networks, and other related professional knowledge.
4. Familiar with object-oriented programming, understanding JVM memory structure, GC, class loading, working principle, multithreading, etc. Familiar with the mainstream Java technology stack development framework, and have their own understanding of microservices and distributed frameworks;
5. Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability, good language communication skills, work organization skills, and able to respond and deal with emergencies in an orderly manner; Possess project management knowledge, facilitation and cross-team collaboration skills, and have a good team spirit to carry out cross-team collaboration.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and conscientious work, full of enthusiasm for work; Strong learning ability, enthusiasm and curiosity for new technologies; Strong ability to work under pressure, able to withstand high working pressure.
7. Proficient in business communication in both Chinese and English.
