Job Highlights

Location: Tuen Mun

 

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, update and adjust the master programme in line with Interface and Construction Planning
  • Develop all necessary sub-programmes, reports and justification and consolidate information from other disciplines in line with NEC 4 requirements to produce Early Warnings, Compensation Events, SMIs and other necessary submissions
  • Develop and review internal and subcontract resource planning, arrangement & allocation in line with programme requirements
  • Responsible for coordinating, consolidating and drafting contractual documentation related to events / issues of Contractual nature (internal & external parties)
  • Develop and maintain an Early Warning Register 
  • Support the PM and DPM in development of contractual reports
  • Manage project schedule and deliverables following processes and procedures
  • Produce sequence and phasing diagrams
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, Produce cost and progress s-curves
  • Produce closeout program and schedules
  • Support Commercial, Design and Construction Teams in producing necessary programmes, schedules and plans to ensure the integration of Construction Planning and schedules into the works
  • Liaise with external subcontractors and suppliers to organise the phases of the construction
  • Evaluate the contractual and time component of claims submitted by the subcontractor/supplier/JV Partner
  • Assist the PM & DPM with disputes with suppliers and contractors
  • Assist in the drafting of letters, memos, reports, project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows, and programs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Construction Management or equal
  • Minimum 10 years of planning management in construction
  • Construction Safety (Green Card) Training
  • Proficient in P6 planning software and Ms Project are mandatory
  • Proficient in MS office / Google applications
  • Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and presentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
