Job description

Charities & Community Division is looking for a "Part time - Administration assistant" for the Talent and Sector Development Team, mainly for the JC STEM Initiatives, to provide clerical/administrative support to the secretariat. 

Job Duties 

  • Data input and records keeping
  • General event support, including document preparation
  • Support on Selection Committee meetings
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • General administrative support to the team, e.g. claims handling
  • Other clerical support as required

 

Working Time :  2 full days per week (from Monday to Friday) 

Location: Happy Valley and / or Fo Tan

Hourly Rate: $ 83 per hour
