Responsibilities:

• Handle General Compliance-related clerical works
• Assist in compliance monitoring and internal reviews
• Handle staff dealing review and monitoring
• Keep abreast of new regulatory requirements published by SFC and HKEX etc.
• Handle other compliance / ad hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance and law, or related field is preferable
• Previous experience in a compliance role or within banks/securities firms is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong command of spoken and written business English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Meticulous, independent, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
• Immediate available is preferred
