Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for IT support to the users and hotel guests for the smooth operation of computer or internet systems
• Provide IT services of hardware and software installation, upgrade and maintenance, monitoring of IT inventory, backup and recovery plan
• Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality industry
• Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 2021/365
• Basic knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP/IP, Windows Server 2019/2022 and Exchange Server
• Knowledge in database management e.g. Oracle Database or SQL Server will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
