Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Pastry Chef in managing day-to-day pastry production
• Ensure the quality of the food items and quantity of food prepared are in good control
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to food safety & hygiene regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of pastry related experience in a hotel or large restaurant
• Strong sense of creativity and innovation
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
• Mature, decisive,  independent, service-oriented and well-organized
