What will you do:

• Handle purchase requests (non-food section) and manage the entire purchasing process to ensure timely product acquisition
• Prepare documentation for purchasing activities, including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
• Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications with user Departments
• Conduct supplier interviews to gather information, specifications, quotations and negotiation
• Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery
• Any work task that upper management assign

What you will bring:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Prefer 1 year experience in the related position with hotels or F&B industry
• Requires a working knowledge of purchasing procedures including purchase orders and inventory procedures
• Fluent in English and Cantonese language skills
• Able to work under pressure
