Description

As an AML Advisory Team Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on AML/CFT regulations and industry best practices.
  • Managing the implementation and enforcement of AML/CFT policies.
  • Leading the advisory team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and audits.
  • Developing training programs on AML/CFT for staff.
  • Advising on the development and implementation of AML/CFT strategies.
  • Reporting on compliance and regulatory issues to senior management.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with regulators and industry bodies.

Profile

A successful AML Advisory Team Head should have:

  • An advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • minimum 5-7+ years of AML advisory experience from retail,corporate,commercial banking background
  • Experience in leading a team within the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to read and write chinese and speak chinese
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective AML/CFT strategies.
