•  Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and contractors, arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC and any other job duties as assigned by the Property Manager
• Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2)
• Well versed in BMO and DMC
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
• Applicant will less qualification or experience will be considered as Property Officer
• Working location: Central (Mid-level)
