Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality services and conduct outbound call to introduce personal loan at Contact Centre
• Handle online personal loan related applications with prospective customers
• Responsible for application follow up and credit assessment
• Grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately
• Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs in order to achieve business targets
• Address customer feedback / complaints professionally
• Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
   

Requirements:

• Degree or above is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services or personal loan products, sales experience a definite advantage
• Self-initiative, customer-focused, independent, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
• Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
• May required on-shift duty as needed
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Personal Banking Manager
