What the role is?

• Manage walk-in enquiries, while also handling and responding to enquiries received via the hotline and email, and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements
• Handle new business applications and service requests, ensuring compliance with agreed service level
• Support the Partnership Distribution and Premium Business teams to drive business growth
• Maintain consistent communication with customers across various sales channels, ensuring timely delivery of updates, changes, and new information
• Ensure that all complaints from business partners and customers are acknowledged and resolved promptly, aligning with our committed service standards

 

What we look for?

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or Financial Services
• Over 5 years of customer service experience in insurance operations
• IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 is a must
• Strong understanding of daily operations in servicing customers across various channels.
• In-depth knowledge of investment-linked and protection products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships both externally and internally
