Project Co-ordinator II [carrying the job title of “Programme Associate (Education)”] (Ref. 250000HH) (Closing date: Apr 1, 2025)
The College General Education (CGE) Programme of S.H. Ho College is looking for a capable candidate. He/She will be responsible for (a) managing the College General Education (CGE) Programme; (b) co-ordinating with both internal and external parties in CGE courses and related activities; (c) assisting in office administration, college programmes, committee work, financial and clerical tasks; (d) providing support to activities organised by the College other than the CGE Programme; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) excellent communication and interpersonal skills; (iii) a strong sense of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and under pressure; (iv) good organisational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail; (v) passion for youth development; and (vi) the willingness to work irregular hours occasionally. Having collegiate education experience will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
