Job description:

• Strong in product development, wet and dry processes, pricing, communication and production planning.
• Lead the merchandising team to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sample process throughout the production process and final on-time delivery performance.
• Coach the team members to maximize work efficiency and achieve business targets.
• Communication with clients and factories.
• Maintain good customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant solid experience in denim & non-denim for manufacturing / trading.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally know-how of offshore production is an advantage but not a must.
• Detailed-oriented, able to meet deadline, work under pressure.
• Responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of costing and processes in finishings and handling of washed / denim garment knowledge.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Frequent Traveling is required.
• Good PC skills and familiar with MS Office operation.
• Immediate available is preferred
