Job Objectives:

Support Humanitarian Education Centre (HEC) daily operation and assist the execution and development of humanitarian education programmes. 

 

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and deliver the HEC education activities.
  • Assist in the production of HEC education theatre programme for schools and public.
  • Assist in the promotion and publicity of HEC, including designing promotional materials, updating the website, social media platform and publishing publications, etc.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the HEC venue.
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
  • Candidates with experience, knowledge and passion for theatre production, humanitarian education, experiential learning are preferred.
  • Sufficient facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • A team player with sound coordination techniques, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office), knowledge in multi-media production (e.g. video-editing & graphic design)
  • 5-day work week (44 hours), may need to work at weekend or holiday as required for programme support.

Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
