Job requirement

  1. Be a degree holder from a Hong Kong’s university or equivalent;
  2. Have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, HKCEE or equivalent in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
  3. Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; have at least five (5) years post-degree full time working experience in administration work and event or activity coordination/organization. Experience in project management, or administrative support in the area of healthcare services or public administration would be a merit;
  4. Be independent, with excellent communication, ale to work under pressure and beyond office hours; and
  5. Preferably have good knowledge of issues pertaining to the current health care matters.

Job duties

  1. Provide administrative and executive support and prepare various correspondences and documents concerning the policies of HHB in the areas including but not limited to tendering process, contract management, event management, scheme management, committee management, etc.;
  2. Provide administrative and logistics support to meetings, functions, visits, etc.;
  3. Provide general office administrative support in respect of office accommodation, office supplies, procurement of stores and services, records management, collation of returns, etc.; and
  4. Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.
