Responsible for Kumon franchise centers’ entire development including the quality assurance and operation standards
Advise & follow up with our franchisee student recruitment and retention
Establish and maintain the long-term relationship with our franchisee
Maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers
Handle any ad hoc initiatives and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree Holder or above
With 2-4 years work experience in customer service field is an advantage
Willing to work on weekends
Love children, with good interpersonal skill and well-organized
Mature and proactive team player with detail-mindset
Able to multi-task and work independently
