Position: Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

 

Business Development

  • Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research 
  • Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.
  • Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals. 
  • Strong connection with ICT, Financial sectors
  • Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services

Customer Account Management

  • Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts. 
  • Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services. 

Managing Sales Process

  • Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.

 

Requirements

  • University Degree level or equivalent education
  • 4 to 5 years relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
  • Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
  • Working experience in Certification Body will be advantageous
