Monitor overnight trading order flow and provide immediate support to troubleshoot potential issues with our in-house Order Management System (OMS).
Oversee CAT and 606 reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
Analyze client trading data and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the development team and execution brokers’ trade desks to identify technical issues and deliver timely end-to-end solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, counterparties, and internal developers to address trade desk and operations team requests, ensuring thorough testing of new features before deployment.
Manage End-of-Day (EOD) report pipelines and gain familiarity with the clearance and settlement process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in execution services, trading operations, or a related field.
Strong expertise in OMS, including knowledge of routing protocols and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with CAT and 606 reporting is a plus
Proficiency with tools and software relevant to execution services and reporting.
Knowledge of FIX 4.2
Python or SQL is a MUST
