This position, based in Hong Kong, is focused on providing support to the office and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Accountant / Accounting Assistant

Job description

• Handle a full set of accounting records and general accounting tasks independently, including journal entries, monthly statement and month-end closing;
• Prepare financial statement, reports and cash flow forecast;
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to facilitate invoicing and payment operations.

Requirements

• Pro-active, responsible and good working attitude;
• LCCI Accounting Level 3 or diploma holder;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling a full set of accounts independently; 
• Experience in using ERP or accounting software;
• Good command of English and able to speak Mandarin;
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Chinese Words processing, etc;
• Candidates available immediately will be given priority.
