Job Description 

We are expanding our team and looking for several passionate and talented IT related professionals to join us and support our continuously growing business. We are looking for System Analysts and Senior Analyst Programmers to join us to work with our team for developing enterprise-grade IT solutions. 

Responsibility

• Lead or assist in leading a development team in mobile apps, web and backend API development 
• Perform technical analysis and design on applications, as well as coding on core modules 
• Facilitate the team and development workflow with setup of continuous integration and delivery pipelines 
• Conduct code review on pull requests by other developers 
• Assist the project manager in communication with clients’ business representatives on solution and functional design 
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and implementation plans with the team 
• Prepare software test plan, perform debugging and performance optimization with the team 
• On-site support at the client’s location might be required 

Requirements

• 4 years or above experience in the software development industry
  
  • Experience in leading positions would be a plus
  • Candidates with less experience might also be considered
• Experience with any of the following tools / libraries
  
  • React Native
  • React
  • Next.js 
  • NestJS 
  • Express 
• Familiar with CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc. 
• Hands-on experience in cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services 
• Basic understanding of containerized application and container orchestration is a plus 
• Hands-on experience in application monitoring and diagnostics tools would be a plus 
• On specializing in mobile application development, the following would be a plus
  
  • Experience in native code development in Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C or Java 
  • Experience in mobile application release process 
  • Understanding of mobile application / device management (MAM / MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune with deployment experience 
• Experience of working in an agile team is a plus 
• Proactive problem solver 
• Fast learner with strong ability in planning and reporting 
• Ability to build strong collaborative and meaningful relationships with team colleagues in IT and business groups 
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English
