Main Duties
 

  • Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers’ requirements with different systems
  • Provide customer service to Airline customers
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, correspondence and other documents with an understanding of the details
  • Handle phone calls and emails inquiries properly and promptly

 

Qualifications and Requirements
 

  • Sound education background
  • Good presentation and communication skills 
  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently in maintenance and project tasks
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
