Manage EO, LO, RO according to operation procedures and customers’ requirements with different systems
Provide customer service to Airline customers
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports, correspondence and other documents with an understanding of the details
Handle phone calls and emails inquiries properly and promptly
Qualifications and Requirements
Sound education background
Good presentation and communication skills
Good planning and coordination skills
Able to work independently in maintenance and project tasks
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
