Main Duties
 

• Assist the FM Supervisor in conducting various hangar system monitoring duties which include fire system, water supplies system, air conditioning system as well as the general electrical maintenance work to ensure the hangar in normal operation
• Assist the department in handling the daily facilities repair and maintenance activities including conducting internal renovation work or other additional facilities modification works as required by the department management
• Assist in conducting regular maintenance checking on facilities and equipment and help maintain checking record and reporting system for the department management

Qualifications and Requirements
 

• At least 3 years’ working experience in building services system maintenance, experience in air conditioning maintenance is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 & 2
• Require to perform shift duty on roster basis
