Responsibilities:

• Perform daily securities settlement operations of Hong Kong, China and US stock markets
• Handle daily trade settlement, reconciliation, and CCASS operations
• Liaise with external counterparties and internal departments on settlement tasks.
• Prepare routine risk control and financial reports
• Assist with client account maintenance, UAT testing
• Review and ensure operational procedures in compliance with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of settlement experience in securities settlement. 
• Familiar with the settlement practices in Hong Kong, China and US stock markets
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot table), VBA is a plus
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferable.
