Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the team, including but not limited to handling courier tasks, following up on monthly phone bills, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Perform purchasing administration by liaising with vendors, maintaining accurate records (including purchasing requisitions and orders) in accordance with Company purchasing practices, and updating system for any arrangement of the ordering process
Coordinate with Senior Administration Officers/Administration Officers to support the daily operations
Liaise with IT Department on various system / PC issues or upgrades
Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Matriculated or above, preferably with training on office administration and procurement;
Minimum 2 year experience in sizable organization with solid experience on team administrative services and procurement operation support
Knowledge and experience in administration and procurement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC and software skills (e.g. Office - Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing)
Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Immediate available is preferred
