Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support on troubleshooting and resolution to application problem, and frontline diagnostic of problem
  • Responsible for recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network, reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services. 
  • Maintain an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
  • Provide periodic virus-checking service, PC Workstation Relocation Services & PC Support, PC / Notebook / Monitor installation and configuration, hardware and software technical support, inventory and documentation
  • Responsible for software re-installation or re-configuration, handling general software problems, data or programs backup (if applicable)
  • Perform Ad-hoc assignment for IT supporting duties
     

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT support, experience in sizable corporation/MNC is preferred
  • Experience in PC hardware, standard Microsoft application, Active Directory, Microsoft outlook
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Good command of both verbal and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Experience in Windows migration will be an advantage
