Responsibilities:

Content Management :

• Oversee the writing, illustration, and content of publications.
• Coordinate and plan editorial and design projects to enhance quality.
• Review daily operations and workflows within the department.
• Assist in recording educational materials using voice technology.
• Gather market information and stay informed about existing or newly developed projects.

Periodic Duties:

• Proactively submit product design strategies or improvement proposals to management.
• Proofread, translate, and follow up on product content and audio files.
• Review product layouts, analyze reports and control costs monthly.
• Assist the sales department and other relevant teams with promotional projects.
• Address any unexpected assignments and urgent project tasks as needed.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Literature, Journalism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of editorial experience in educational publishing, preferably focused on children’s materials, with knowledge of local kindergarten and primary curricula.
• Expertise in formulating and executing publishing plans, with a thorough understanding of the entire publishing cycle.
• Proven track record of supervising a team to deliver publications timely and professionally.
• Excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, independent, self-motivated, creative, and people-oriented.
• Passionate about work, willing to embrace challenges and innovate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
