About Checkey Ltd

Checkey Limited is a well-established consumer products company with over 25 years of experience. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices and factories in Shenzhen, we partner with some of the largest children's and pet brands across the USA, Asia, and Europe. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a highly capable candidate to join our sales and operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on international orders to ensure timely production and shipment.
  • Prepare and process export shipping documents, including waybills, invoices, and packing slips.
  • Assist in sample handling, order processing, and coordination with American clients as required.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, overseas customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor order progress, follow up on customer inquiries, and provide timely updates.
  • Collect and organize sales data, frontline demand, and inventory details for analysis and reporting.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in international trade and export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of order management, logistics, and export documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, and proactive in handling business-related administrative tasks.
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, with proficiency in written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with major international retailers (e.g., Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target) is a plus.

  • 與供應商、內部團隊及海外客戶保持良好溝通,確保業務運作順暢。
  • 監控訂單進度,及時回應客戶查詢並提供更新。
  • 定期收集和整理銷售數據、前線需求、庫存資料,協助分析和報告。
  • 處理上級指派的其他工作。

職位要求:

  • 大學本科或以上學歷。
  • 至少 3 年相關工作經驗,具備國際貿易及出口操作經驗者優先。
  • 熟悉訂單管理、物流及出口文件處理。
  • 細心、負責、守時、積極主動,能夠處理業務相關的各類細節。
  • 具備良好的英語及普通話溝通能力,良好的中英文書寫能力。
  • 熟練操作辦公軟件,如 Microsoft Word 及 Excel。
  • 有與國際大型零售商(如沃爾瑪、山姆、Costco、Target)合作經驗者優先。
