Job Description:

Input

  • Input and update data into company’s applications / systems according to SOP
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity and punctuality
  • Issue trading documents
  • Escalate any issues or problems to his/her Manager
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve the current process
  • Suggest innovative ideas to develop internal software
  • Participate in projects to improve performance and efficiency
  • Train new comers

 

Communicate

  • Get clear and accurate information from commercial departments and external parties
  • Provide support to commercial departments
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
  • Show good team collaboration; work with team mates to meet the department’s targets

 

Report

  • Prepare or update reports on a daily, monthly or yearly period.

 

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Familiar with Excel VBA, SQL, RPA
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, especially in Excel) 
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Attention to detail, good communication, customer service, problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Ability & flexibility to multi-task and deal with different functions
