Provide full spectrum of HR Business Partner Services to the designated functions
Liaise with line managers in identifying hiring needs and selection process including candidate sourcing and screening, interview arrangement, and assessment
Support in new hire on-boarding arrangement e.g. employment contract preparation, new joiner checklist, first-day orientation, and probation administration,n etc.
Organize and develop culture and staff engagement activities
Responsible for payroll and benefits administration for the designated functions
Maintain and update HRIS records for employee full records
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in Human Resources function
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude and outstanding communication skills
