We are looking for a Personal Assistant to  serve a  C-level executive on personal and household affairs. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all round daily routine duties as per request including but not limited to liaison with external parties, handling and instruct domestic helpers, drivers etc. 
  • Manage and organize personal / family and business matters as required.  Manage a drivers and household workers ensure exceptional service standards are met.
  • Manage household organization, including inventories, budgets, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating social events, parties, and special occasions.
  • Perform Ad Hoc duties as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Butler.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional events during non office hours.
  • Knowledge in cooking daily home-style dishes and provide instructions to cook.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
