Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts for assigned properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for each property
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and receipts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for property management
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets and financial performance of properties
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with property managers to track expenses and revenue
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts, preferably in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. FlexSystem, MYOB) and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
