Management Trainee Program (1-year)

Program Overview:

The program lasts for 12 months, during which selected candidates will undergo rotational training across various departments—front, middle, and back office on-the-job coaching. Through cross functional rotation, passionate young talents will gain insights into the company’s business operations, departmental functions, and foundational knowledge.

By building a strong professional foundation in these specific departments, trainees will deepen their understanding of the company’s operations and be equipped to navigate the dynamic local financial market. This will enhance the company’s financial business development, foster mutual growth, create value, and ultimately becoming integral professionals in the financial services industry.

Cross Department is including (but not limited to):

• Business Development, 
• Asset Management, 
• IS & GCM, 
• Settlement, 
• Dealing, 
• Compliance & Risk, 
• Finance …etc.

Requirements:

• Graduates holding a full-time university degree from local or overseas institutions, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, management, or related fields, expected to graduate in 2024-2025.
• Strong interest in the financial industry, proactive, self-disciplined, and responsible. 
• Excellent communication skills, along with a strong team spirit. 
• High sense of responsibility and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (including WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Chinese/English input methods.
• Good command of English and Chinese, with priority given to those who are trilingual candidate (Cantonese, English and Putonghua) and possess basic financial knowledge.
• Priority consideration for local permanent residents or those eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Candidates holding relevant Hong Kong Securities and Futures licenses (1 and 2) or who have passed HKSI papers 1, 7, 8, and 9 will be given priority.
