We are seeking candidates with exposure to the world of arts and culture to join a major foundation, managing grants and projects to maximise community impact.

Roles will either:

• Focus on assessing donation applications across a range of initiatives and ensuring effective deployment and tracking of funding or;
• Project manage a specific funded initiative and support it to achieve key KPIs by leveraging network, knowledge and resources

Experience/background that can fit:

• Domain experience within the world of arts and culture plus:
• Experience within a foundation/grant giving environment or;
• Experience of managing major impact driven programs or;
• Time spent working within academic research related to community issues or;
• Exposure to public administration or government roles

Key interpersonal skills will be:

• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Cantonese with Mandarin a requirement for some positions.
• An ability to work with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
