Our client is a leading investment bank and is currently seeking a BA/PM to work on their regulatory reporting project in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting requirements specific to the Asia region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into comprehensive product specifications.
  • Lead and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with Agile development teams to facilitate the timely and high-quality delivery of reporting automation solutions.
  • Implement Design Thinking or User-Centered Design principles to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the reporting automation platform, making necessary adjustments to adapt to evolving regulatory demands.
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and other business units, to ensure seamless integration of the reporting automation platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services sector.
  • Background in transaction reporting, with expertise in proposing technical solutions for seamless integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of global market operations, regulatory requirements, and financial regulations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of capital market deal flow processes.
  • Strong familiarity with FICC products.
  • Proficient in Agile development practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
