We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Supply Chain Operation Officer/Senior Officer to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Order processing
• Liaise with factories and forwarders for shipping arrangement
• Handle enquiries and requests from internal and external customers

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 1-year relevant working experience
• Possess sales order administration or forwarding/logistics experience
• Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferable
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Japanese (N2 or above) is preferable
