Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including answering telephone calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation;
  • Assist in Office Administrative work;
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Min. 1 year experience on Administrative/Receptionist 
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and  Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Pleasant personality with well-groomed professional outlook
