Responsibilities :

• Suggest creative ideas to enhance corporate image
• Assist to set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated to perform their duties and contribute to the team
• To analyze financial figures and evaluate market trends
• Assist and motivate operations manager to develop and plan periodic, seasonal and festive menus to meet customer desires
• Review the operation processes to control costs, improve productivity and efficiency
• Assist in marketing and promotions of outlets
• To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
• Identify the needs of customers and causes of customers’ compliments and complaints
• Report to the General Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience from a sizeable business;
• Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English、Chinese and Putonghua
• Sport lover is highly preferable
