Your Role: Mentor, Coach, Innovate

• Design engaging, goal-oriented lessons that build exam-ready skills (articulation, breath control etc) through drama exercises, verse and prose speaking and storytelling.
• Prepare students for competitions and graded exams (Trinity, LCM, LAMDA) with tailored coaching and polished performances.
• Track progress via regular internal reviews and provide detailed feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a love for the arts while instilling discipline—turn “practice” into pride in achievement.

We’re Seeking:

🎯Bachelor’s in Drama, Education, or related field (certification in Trinity/LAMDA ideal).

🎯2+ years’ experience teaching speech/drama, with a portfolio of student exam/competition success.

🎯Ability to make syllabi exciting—think Shakespeare improv drills or vocal projection through superhero role-play.

🎯Organizational rigor: lesson planning, progress tracking, and parent communication.

🎯A smile that says “I’ll push you to win” and “Let’s make this fun!”
