Responsibilities

• Support logistic operation and collaborate with different internal and external parties including 4PL and 3PL to achieve cost optimization and service levels 
• Prepare logistics cost forecast and reports
• Analyze reports to identify abnormalities/variances and provide recommendations of optimization
• Drive continuous improvement with other business functions
• Handle logistics queries and ensure timely and accurate responses
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

  Requirements

• High diploma or above, discipline in Logistic/ Supply Chain or related discipline is preferred. 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Logistics Analyst. 
• Relevant experience in procurement logistics planning is a plus.
• Familiar with import/export operations in APAC region, experience in ocean, air, truck and warehouse
• Good in data analysis and summarizing information and data 
• Independent and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams as per business needs
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience in SAP or BI tools (e.g. MS Power BI) is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
