Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this full-time Sales Manager role is based in Hong Kong Island and is crucial in driving new business development.
What you'll be doing
Proactively source and convert new business prospects through a combination of networking, cold-calling, email marketing and social media outreach
Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales strategy and objectives
Monitor and report on sales activity, pipeline and performance
Identify new market opportunities and make recommendations for business development initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within financial services or FX
Strong understanding of the FX market and trading concepts is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about sales and committed to personal and professional development
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Sales Associate position
