Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Assist the Chairman in managing daily office tasks, such as drafting, reviewing, and organizing emails, reports, and meeting minutes. Help organize the Chairman's meeting schedules, including setting up meetings, notifying participants, recording proceedings, and following up on action items. Ensure timely and effective completion of tasks assigned by the Chairman. Prepare approval documents, conduct preliminary reviews, summarize findings, and present them for the Chairman’s final review.
Global Company Coordination:
Support the Chairman in contacting overseas subsidiaries, drafting notifications and directives, and ensuring their distribution. Gather data, reports, and approval documents from international branches, analyze them collectively, and submit them for the Chairman's review.
Travel and Business Trip Planning
Create detailed travel itineraries based on the Chairman's work plan and business needs, ensuring efficient scheduling for both domestic and international engagements. Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings for the Chairman and domestic staff traveling abroad, including managing tickets and visa arrangements.
Overseas Client and Visor Hosting
Assist in hosting overseas clients and visitors, arranging business dinners, accommodations, transportation, and ensuring all visit-related logistics are well-coordinated.
