Requirements:
6+ years of experience in business analysis within insurance sectors.
Prior MPF or eMPF experience is required, with the ability to review solutions.
Experience in requirement analysis and solution design.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST.
Demonstrated experience in managing both onshore and offshore resources , along with vendor management expertise.
Familiarity with common software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
