We are currently seeking a talented Event Officer to join our dynamic team at Blueprint. The individual will be responsible to ensure smooth operation of Blueprint’s Event Venues and providing a premium customer experience in line with the brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Operations Manager in all aspects related to Event Venues, serving as the primary contact for Blueprint Event Venues.
  • Handle sales activities, including lead generation, pricing proposals, agreement management, event execution, and follow-up on customer feedback to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Manage event logistics and operations, which includes facilities management, setup and breakdown of event spaces, catering, procurement, and other operational details.
  • Provide front-line customer service by giving professional tours to prospective clients and supporting clients on event days
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of event venues and storage areas to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
  • Monitor user behaviors and client preferences to propose modifications for improving the relevance and operational efficiency of Event Venues.
  • Offer administrative support, including documentation, calendar management, inventory checks, financial tasks, receptionist duties, and any other necessary assistance as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of work experience; previous hospitality or events roles essential
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Charismatic personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude and cheerful disposition
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Cantonese; knowledge of spoken Mandarin is a plus
