Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of professional staff to manage shopping malls and/or investment properties managed by the Corporation
• Assist to develop and implement the shopping centre management policies and procedures including operations, customer relations management and overall risk and safety management
• Monitor the day-to-day operation of the shopping centre portfolio, including cleaning and security services, maintenance of building and facilities, enforcement of tenancy agreements, provision of first-class customer service, development of good relationship with tenants, contractors, shoppers and stakeholders, as well as budget preparation

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management / Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, of which at least 8 years should be at managerial level, preferably with experience in property management of luxury retail portfolio
• Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and professional membership of a recognised professional institution in housing management / facilities management / general practice surveying
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and commitment to learn and keep pace with the retail market
