Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professional staff to provide retail management services to the Corporation’s shopping malls
• Supervise cleaning and security services, maintenance of building and facilities, and enforcement of tenancy agreements
• Oversee budget preparation and monitoring as well as establish good relationship with tenants, contractors, customers and other stakeholders
• Support pre-management works of the Corporation’s future shopping malls 

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years should be at managerial or supervisory level in the hospitality industry, such as shopping centre management
• Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and a membership of a recognised professional institution
• Strong market acumen of the retail sector, with experience gained in high-end retail malls is an advantage
• Proven leadership capability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity and willingness to learn
