We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Taikoo Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor repair and maintenance of the building fabric/structure and the plumbing/drainage installation
• Monitor tenants’ fit-out works
• Prepare tender documents
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance schedules for building fabric/structure and plumbing / drainage services
• Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience of building maintenance
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
• Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls
